3rd Annual Golf Tournament
November 5, Westridge Golf Club in La Habra
Would you like a free FCAOC membership or to have your 2011 membership fee refunded to you?
OR would you like an extra distribution day during November? All you need to do is sign up 4 golfers for our tournament. Great fun for the golfers and they get to contribute to a great cause while playing– plus you benefit! All golfers and those referring golfers will also be entered in a drawing for 2 Disney Passes. Get your flyers here…be sure to print a few extra to share with all the golfers in your community!

| QUARTERLY MEETING & TRAINING |

Robbin Hatten of Chosen to be Loved will be presenting her life book training. Learn the importance of putting a life book together and why it is different than a scrap book. In this hands-on workshop, you will start putting your child's history together in the FREE "My Life Book" you will receive for attending the workshop. This training will count toward foster parent training hour requirements. All foster parents and all FCAOC members welcome.
We will have a brief general meeting during the evening for our annual election of officers. We do have some vacancies on the board and encourage anyone who might want to serve to contact me for further information. It’s very worthwhile to serve on the board and you will get to help the Auxiliary make decisions and be part of the force that offers so much to so many.

Please remember the Focus Member Sat is by appointment only

Focus Group (those with foster or former foster children in home)
November 6 (Saturday) 9am – 2pm by appointment only
November 8 & 9 (Mon & Tues) 11am – 1pm
+ *additional day – Saturday, November 13 from noon-2 for all focus members
(no appointment necessary)
Supporting Group
November 12 & 13 (Fri & Sat) 11am – 1pm
*Please note the following changes concerning Distribution Days: We understand that childcare can be difficult to find and not always convenient for your trip to the Auxiliary for distribution day. To be fair to everyone and to help members not able to make care provisions for their children, a pre-made box of selections will be given to any member who cannot come without their precious little ones starting in November. Alternatives might be to ‘buddy up’ with another shopper and ‘swap’ childcare while you are in the center. I’d be happy to keep a list of parents that are interested in this. Children should never be left unsupervised in the store.
