FCAOC August 2008 News This month’s newsletter is one of the few that the Foster Care Auxiliary mails out and the only one mailed to all OC licensed Foster Parents. The flyers for the picnic, golf tournament, support group, our programs and services, and a member application are included. You can obtain a “Kids Eat Free (or low cost)’ flyer for signing up! You can also view past issues of the newsletter here in addition to obtaining much more information. We mainly let our members know what’s happening by email, so if you don’t have one, please consider finding someone who does who wouldn’t mind letting you use it and informing you of events.
Reminders And Important Notices!!
Quarterly Meeting, August 21- at the Annex, 7pm-9pm 744 N. Eckhoff in Orange. This meeting will have lots of information and you are sure to learn something new. There will be information on resources available from Orangewood Children’s Foundation, CASA & Agency Services.
1 hour training credit will be earned and we’ll serve dessert. Please join us.
You do not need to be a member to attend this meeting, so if you are wondering about us and would like to ask some questions, this would be the perfect place. (no children please)

The meetings will consist of training credit toward required foster parent hours, support, discussion and networking. Plus as an added bonus for members- distribution will begin immediately following the meeting. Please join this group of foster parents in your community.
